1. The service and contracting parties
Flip is provided by Flip Oppussing AS, Norwegian organisation number 928 635 414 (“Flip”). It supports customers and registered trade businesses with job descriptions, matching, quotes, communication, contracts, documentation, approval, invoicing and payment where the feature is available.
The contract for the trade services is entered into directly between the customer and the business. Flip does not perform the work and is not a party to that contract. The signed project contract and mandatory consumer law take precedence if there is a conflict.
2. Account, customer and business
You must be at least 18, provide accurate and current information and protect your sign-in. The customer must describe the job accurately and provide agreed access.
The business must be lawfully registered and hold the required approvals, qualifications and insurance. It is responsible for its quote, professional performance, progress, safety and legal requirements. Flip may verify business information against public registers.
3. Quotes, contracts and payment
AI-generated suggestions and price indications are guidance only and are not an offer or guarantee. The parties are bound when they accept the project contract in Flip. It records the scope, price, VAT, dates, payment schedule and reservations. Changes must be documented and approved in the service.
Payment is made directly to the business or through Flip according to the project contract and available features. The business's partnership and fee terms are governed separately. The customer must not be charged hidden Flip fees beyond the clearly agreed price.
4. Content and permitted use
You retain your rights in uploaded content but grant Flip a limited right to store, process and display it to provide and protect the service. You must have the right to share it. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and be factual.
You must not create false jobs, quotes, accounts or reviews, harass others, share personal data without a basis, circumvent security or fees, scrape the service or use Flip unlawfully. We may hide content and restrict accounts because of illegality, misuse, fraud or security risk.
5. Operation, liability and closure
We work to provide a stable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Flip is responsible for Flip under applicable law, but not for the business's work or either party's breach of the project contract. These terms do not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may close your account. Existing contracts and payment duties do not end automatically. We may update the terms and will announce material changes before they take effect. Where fresh acceptance is required, you must accept actively.
6. Disputes and contact
Mandatory consumer law in the country where the work is performed applies. Contact the other party and hei@flip.no first. Consumers may also contact Forbrukertilsynet or Forbrukerklageutvalget in Norway, ARN in Sweden, or Kuluttajaneuvonta or Kuluttajariitalautakunta in Finland.

Google ratings are fetched automatically for verified company connections and displayed with source attribution. In the app, available Google star ratings contribute to an overall score weighted by the number of ratings from the displayed sources. The same customer may have reviewed on multiple platforms. Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms apply to Google content.
