Which jobs can I post?
Both small service jobs and large projects in and around the home — from trades and cleaning to home sales, storage and moving.
What is the price estimate based on?
Renvia builds the estimate from your description. It gives you an early view of the price. The final price is the fixed price in the quote you choose.
Is the price binding?
The estimate is indicative. The quote you accept is a binding fixed price, and the contract is signed in the app.
What does “Verified by Renvia” mean?
That the business has passed Renvia's checks before it can quote, and is shown with its own badge in the app. The badge confirms the check, not the quality of the work.
How do I pay?
You approve the work in the app, and the business sends the invoice afterwards. Some businesses offer payment in the app via Stripe — if so, it is stated in the quote and the contract, and you pay there instead.
What happens if I do not approve?
If you do not report anything within 48 hours of the agreed end date, the job counts as approved. If something is off, you report it or ask for more time — that stops the clock until you agree.
What does Renvia cost?
Renvia is free for you. The business pays a results-based marginal fee when a job is won and paid.
